Grant funding for fiscal year 2026 is extremely limited due to multi-year commitments.
Submit Letter of Inquiry: Use the Apply Online buttons on this site to submit a 1-2 page Letter of Inquiry (LOI) online.
LOI Approval: If approved, a draft application will appear on your Dashboard to complete.
Full application: Those with approved LOI’s should complete full applications online by the due dates specified.

Thursday, Aug. 6, 2026, is the deadline for 1st Letter of Interest for 2027 funding
Thursday, Aug. 20, 2026, is the 1st round deadline for full application for 2027 funding
Thursday, Oct. 8, 2026, is the 2nd round deadline for Letters of Interest for 2027 funding
Thursday, Oct. 22, 2026, is the 2nd round deadline for full applications.
